Jake Nair

Jake Nair serves as EDI’s Financial Analyst, overseeing day-to-day financial operations with the goal of maintaining the fiscal health of the company’s many international branches. In addition to managing internal finances, Jake is responsible for guiding EDI’s investment portfolio and offering strategic input as the firm explores opportunities to diversify into related industries—strengthening its position as a world leader in school design.

Jake graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Economics and Psychology from Florida State University, with additional coursework in finance. He draws on both his academic foundation and a broad range of off-campus experiences, including internships at Synchrony Financial and the U.S. State Department. A well-traveled global citizen, Jake brings a wide-angle perspective to his role at EDI, shaped by his journeys across the U.S. and Europe.
