Wellington College International
A 350,000 sft K-12 day and boarding campus weaving the Wellington heritage with Indian cultural influences and EDI's progressive educational design philosophy — from early-years commons to senior studios.
Heritage and contemporary practice, on a single campus.

Heritage honored, innovation embraced.
WCI Pune, a premier day and boarding school for students aged 2–18, spans an impressive 350,000 square feet, blending a rich historical legacy with a forward-thinking vision for education. Rooted in the distinguished heritage of Wellington College, which received its Royal Charter in 1853 and was founded under the patronage of Queen Victoria in 1856, the Pune campus is designed to honor tradition while embracing innovation.
The architectural and interior design seamlessly weaves together Indian cultural influences with EDI’s progressive educational design philosophy, creating an environment that is both globally relevant and deeply connected to its local context. Carefully curated materials, textures, and spatial arrangements foster a welcoming, inspiring, and inclusive atmosphere, where students can explore, engage, and excel.
More than just a school, WCI Pune is a transformative learning space — one that celebrates its historical roots while preparing students for a dynamic, globally interconnected future.
