A new high school, sized to grow with the campus.

A new high school, woven into an existing campus.
EDI worked with North Tampa Christian Academy to plan and design a new high school building intended to strengthen the school’s long-term academic vision and expand opportunities for future-ready secondary education. The work began with comprehensive campus planning studies to determine how the new facility could best integrate into the existing campus while preserving flexibility for future growth and improving the overall organization of the grounds.
Through a detailed site analysis, EDI evaluated circulation, program adjacencies, student experience, athletics connections, and future development opportunities to identify the most strategic location for the new academic building. The resulting design concept emphasizes collaborative learning environments, flexible instructional spaces, student commons, innovation-focused learning areas, and strong connections between indoor and outdoor environments.
Designed to support both academic excellence and community engagement, the new high school creates a future-focused educational environment aligned with North Tampa Christian Academy’s mission of developing students spiritually, academically, and socially while preparing them for leadership and lifelong learning.
