As EDI’s General Manager, Vinod oversees day-to-day operations at the Bangalore Studio, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. His role includes comprehensive financial management — budgeting, financial planning, and maintaining the studio’s financial health — and he serves as the primary advisor to the board on legal matters, providing strategic counsel and ensuring regulatory compliance. Vinod also handles the negotiation and closure of contracts and manages the appointment of consultants.
With over 20 years of diverse experience, including seven years with EDI, he brings a comprehensive skill set to the role; his credentials include a master’s in Business Management and a bachelor’s in Commerce. Before joining EDI, he managed projects for distinguished hospitality groups with significant global presence, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion and consistently delivering outstanding results.
