Noemi Paymal is the Pedagooogia 3000® creator and promoter of emAne, worldwide link for A New Education. Noemi Paymal is a French citizen, researcher, anthropologist and author. She lives in Bolivia. She has worked in over 53 different countries in Latin America and around the world in the fields of applied anthropology and alternative education.
She gave more than 1200 lectures and workshops in Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Egypt, England, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain,
Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, United States, Uruguay and Venezuela. In 2009 she participated in the International Forum of ANH with Deepak Chopra, in the education section. In 2014, she was invited to deliver a speech on “Education, a Seed for peace” in the Arab League in Cairo, Egypt.
Since 2001, along with a multidisciplinary international team, she has been investigating the issue of children and young people so-called “of the Third Millennium”. She has written several books on applied anthropology and alternative education. Among others, she is the author of Pedagooogia 3000® (Tetralogy), six mini-books about education and 33 notebooks of applied teaching, and she has produced more than 20 educational videos, which can be downloaded for free on YouTube and on www.pedagooogia3000.info.
