Designing the Gulf's schools — for the next generation of learners.
From our Dubai studio, EDI Middle East brings a decade of architectural, planning, and educational design practice to the region's most ambitious schools and institutions.
A cornerstone of EDI's global practice.
Celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2026, Education Design International's Dubai studio has established itself as a cornerstone of the firm's global practice. It was originally founded to meet the Gulf region's growing demand for a research-backed organization capable of revolutionizing educational spaces.
The Middle East base is led by Managing Director Bipin Bhadran. Over the past decade, EDI Dubai has partnered with some of the region's most prestigious institutions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
The studio's practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the region's educational goals — designing spaces that are architecturally robust, educationally purposeful, and deeply responsive to the needs of students, educators, and communities.
