Adam Campbell is a leading expert in design education and innovation, with over 24 years of experience developing and implementing design programs in top-tier international schools. As the Head of Design at the American School of Warsaw, Adam has spent the past nine years pioneering a student-centered, interdisciplinary approach that integrates design thinking, STEAM, and cross-curricular learning to foster real-world problem-solving.

Adam specializes in designing and building state-of-the-art learning environments, from retrofitting existing spaces to leading large-scale Design Center projects. In 2024, he oversaw the creation of ASW’s 1,100m² Design Center, featuring specialized workshops in robotics, woodworking, textiles, computer programming, and advanced manufacturing. His work has transformed design education into a core element of the school’s identity, bringing together students, teachers, and community stakeholders.

Beyond Warsaw, Adam has consulted for international schools in Barcelona, Prague, Dhaka, Stuttgart, and Moscow, guiding them in curriculum development, facility design, and program strategy. He is also the founder of Leadership in Design, a global conference that connects design leaders to advance the field of K-12 design education.
